Any Photo uploaded with Copyright or website links on them are ineligible for entry into the competition to win the Toshiba Laptop.

All photos uploaded remain the property of Targa West Photos, and Thinkin' IT (WA) Pty Ltd, and shall be used in whatever manner deemed suitable.  However credit will still be kept with the photographer.

The decision from the panel of judges is final.

Fake voting for photos will be IP Address tracked, and the photographer will be notified that they will be instantly ineligible for the competition.

Any information displayed on the Photographers profile page is at the discretion of the photographer and Targa West Photos takes no responsibility for this data.

All email addresses and photographers details submitted will be kept on the server for a term of no more than 12 months.
